Cognitive Rehabilitation Team
Operating from a ground floor custom built, fully accessible Resource Centre in North Road, Stougton, Guildford. Our specialist Rehabilitation Team provide a comprehensive range of services at the centre and in the community.
We support adults with acquired brain injury (ABI) to live well with their brain injury and optimise their cognitive rehabilitation recovery. We support ABI survivors to become independent and reenable them to their maximum level.
We support families, carers, employers and others connected with the survivor with education, advice and support. We raise awareness of brain injury with the general public and our services.
Headway Surrey is an independent registered charity, established in 1985, which is affiliated to Headway UK.

Our Centre was re-built in 2009, it is designed in as eco-friendly manner - allowing us to do something positive for the environment. Headway Surrey is able to run off of its own solar produced energy. This means we are able to do our bit for the environment and put the money saved on energy back into our services!
Headway Surrey is on the Steering Committee of SABIN, Surrey Acquired Brain Injury Network.

The Centre is comfortable, light and airy, and provides us with an excellent working environment providing a great training and study work area, a relaxing confidential quiet room, a kitchen, a garden and admin offices.
