The Nuts Challenge 1st Sept @ 11.20am

Every 90 seconds in the UK someone is submitted to hospital with a brain injury!  A brain injury can be acquired from falling over, road traffic accident, sports injury, stroke, heart attack, tumour, encephalitis, lack of oxygen, victim of assault and many other things.  A brain injury can happen to you or someone you know at any time and the effect can be devastating for the person and their families.   The demand for cognitive rehabilitation at Headway Surrey after brain injury has been steadily increasing over the last 8 months and we need to raise funds to meet the demand.

We would like you to come and run or walk the Headway Surrey 1 lap (7km) Nuts Challenge on the 1st September at 11.20am.  It is perfect for those of you that want to take on a fun challenge with little experience in obstacle racing. It’s the perfect excuse to just have a go and try something new. There is no pressure so take it at your own pace and only take part on the obstacles you want. This is a popular choice for team building, company fun, charity runners, Hen & Stag groups and people that just want to give it a go.
